We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control and we recommend that you select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is lost or damaged by USPS, we cannot provide a refund. All purchases are shipped by USPS and insured through USPS.

In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. ** WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.

WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS! ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL!

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Packages are NOT insured, if you would like to purchase insurance for your package please select USPS Priority or Express shipping service. Once again we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to and for the shipping service of your choice between First class $2.50, Priority USPS $5.60 or Express USPS $25.00. KEEP AN EYE ON YOUR PACKAGE’S TRACKING PROGRESS.

Please make sure all addresses are correct, we will not refund for wrong address on your part.

Products typically ship within two business days, and will be shipped with tracking in the continental US. Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads and holidays.

We have a no-hassle return policy to take back your purchase. We give you thirty days from your date of purchase to return your items. Unfortunately, if thirty days have passed since your purchase date, we will be unable to offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once we have received your return, we will notify you via email that your return has been received and is undergoing inspection. We will then send you a second email to inform you whether or not your return has been approved and a refund has been issued.

Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original form of payment and will post to your account within thirty days.

If you do not see your refund hit your account right away, don’t panic. Prior to contacting us we ask that you:

Double-check your bank or credit card account.
Contact bank or your credit card company as it takes several days for a processed credit to be posted to your account

Where to Send your Return
Please e-mail support@buyfire.net for return address. Return using the carrier of your choice to the address provided in the return e-mail.

Return shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer as shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. We strongly suggest using a tracked shipping service so you can verify the delivery of your return. If the value of your item is in excess of $75, we also encourage choosing an insured shipping method.

In the event of an exchange, the time to receive your new item may vary.
